Privacy Policy

Qlarify provides software tools for licensed Canadian real-estate professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain.

Who we are

Qlarify ("Qlarify", "we", "us") operates the application at qlarifyapp.com. You can reach us any time at support@qlarifyapp.com.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
Content you create or upload — the listings, presentations, websites, marketing copy, branding assets, photos, and contact records you choose to enter or generate in the app.
Client and contact data you enter — if you add contacts to your CRM, that information is stored on your behalf and is visible only to your account.
Basic technical and usage data — information needed to keep the service secure and working, such as session activity and error logs.

How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Qlarify service and the deliverables you generate.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To send service-related and (where you have permission) marketing emails on your behalf, with the required Canadian anti-spam (CASL) consent and unsubscribe handling.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content to train our own models.

Service providers we rely on

To run the service we use trusted third-party processors, which handle data only as needed to perform their function:

Cloudflare — hosting, database, and file storage.
Anthropic — AI text generation for your deliverables.
Google — AI image editing (e.g. photo enhancement).
Resend — delivery of emails you choose to send.

Cookies

We use a single secure, sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

QR code scans

Agents using Qlarify can print QR codes that pass through our site on the way to their destination. When someone scans one, we record the date and time, the type of device (phone, tablet, or computer), and the approximate city suggested by the network connection. We do not record who scanned it: no name, no precise location, and no IP address is stored. No cookie is set on the person scanning. These records exist so the agent can see how many people scanned each printed piece, and they are deleted after 24 months.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Certain records required by Canadian anti-spam law (such as proof of consent) are retained for the period the law requires, even after a contact is deleted.

Your rights

Consistent with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email support@qlarifyapp.com and we will respond promptly.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, signed sign-in sessions, and access controls that scope your data to your account only.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Qlarify after a change means you accept the updated policy.
