Meet the Founders
Meet Kelley Skar — co-founder of Qlarify, powerhouse real estate coach, and high-energy speaker who's made it his mission to help agents and brokers stop spinning their wheels and start crushing their goals.
Real estate runs in Kelley's blood, but what sets him apart is his electric energy and no-BS approach to building thriving, sustainable, and highly profitable businesses. He's a self-proclaimed strategy nerd and lifelong learner who brings real-world tactics you can actually use — not the kind you forget five minutes after the session ends.
When he's not delivering game-changing sessions from the stage, you'll find Kelley at home with his amazing wife and twin kids (yes, twins — he knows a thing or two about managing chaos). And if it's Sunday during football season? He's bleeding green and gold for his beloved Green Bay Packers.
Braden Koop sells real estate for a living — not "used to," sells. He's the #4 individual agent at RE/MAX Kelowna and one of RE/MAX Canada's 30 Under 30 (#17 nationally, 2025), with a business built on data-led pricing, listings run like marketing campaigns, and follow-through that doesn't slip.
The machinery behind it? Canva for design, ChatGPT for copy, a CRM that talked to neither, and spreadsheets holding it all together. Eight subscriptions, zero connection, everything rebuilt from scratch. Qlarify is the system he co-founded to replace all of it.
Before real estate, Braden was a Journeyman HVAC technician — a builder by trade, which explains a lot about how Qlarify works: practical, nothing wasted, built to perform under load. He still sells full-time in Kelowna, so every feature gets tested on real listings, real clients, and real deadlines before it ever reaches yours.
