Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Qlarify. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Qlarify.

1. The service

Qlarify provides AI-assisted software tools for licensed Canadian real-estate professionals, including listing presentations, marketing content, websites, email tools, and a contact manager. Qlarify is currently offered as an invitation-only beta and may change as we improve it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Access is by invitation and intended for licensed real-estate professionals. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@qlarifyapp.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content and client data you upload or create.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable real-estate regulations, your brokerage's policies, privacy law (PIPEDA), and Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) when sending email.
You must have the right to use any data, photos, or branding you upload.

4. AI-generated content

Qlarify uses AI to help generate text and images. AI output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every deliverable before sharing it with clients or the public, including pricing, statistics, and any legally required disclosures.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including by attempting to breach security, access another user's data, send unlawful or deceptive communications, or use Qlarify for anything illegal.

6. Beta service — provided "as is"

Qlarify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Features may change or be discontinued during the beta period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qlarify and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated output.

8. Termination

You may stop using Qlarify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service or other users.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
